In Danfoss, I was able to gain work experience in a multinational environment in a mass production market of hydraulic components for the main world producers in the agricultural and construction sectors. My experience has matured in many business sectors: from R&D to Production, up to the role of Project Engineer. I have participated in many worldwide projects .

As entrepreneur I developed strategy for a small-sized company. I gathered requirements from the client and created a plan with a team of 28 people. I also managed all the other functions of a small company, from marketing to HR functions.
