Business
Determining the strategy and objectives together with the team
Defining the organisation in order to achieve the set objectives
Supporting the commercial side in the development of new proposals and renegotiations
Develop new projects (EPC, ESCO, Concessions, etc.)
HR
Ensure team motivation and compliance with group policies
Promote and manage change
Identifying the strengths, weaknesses and developing the potential of employees
Managing safety and ensuring results
Financials
Responsible for budget preparation
Responsible for P&L
Responsible for monthly, quarterly, etc. closings

Managing and carrying out all technical/commercial activities aimed at maintaining and developing the portfolio
on target customers identified by the Area Operations Director within the Operations portfolio; researching and
proposing technical product/service innovations; guaranteeing support both in renewals/extensions and in the
submission of new tenders for induced works supporting the Area Operations Director, the Operations managers
and the job order managers in all the activities of evaluation and management of contracts and technical/
economic analyses; ensuring the correct transition to the operational phase of new contracts; promoting all the
activities of technological innovation and also of comparison with the commercial pole.
Supervise the design, construction and works management phase of plants using traditional energy sources
(thermal plants serving buildings, hospitals, etc..) or renewable energy sources (cogeneration, trigeneration,
vegetable oil cogeneration, photovoltaic, wind power, etc..)
